Return Policy

The safety of our employees and customers remains our top priority during the COVID-19 pandemic - which is why we've temporarily suspended accepting returns of product. Please hold onto the product. As soon as we resume normal business operations, our stores will again be able to accept returns of product according to our standard return policy.
 

Due to the custom nature of all sold products. All products are sold as is. If there is damage of the product due to a manufacturer defect or normal wear and tear use, then the product will be restored to original working order and/or appearance at no additional cost to the customer for the first one (1) year from the date of installation. A refund on the deposit will be made within the first seven (7) days of the date of your in person and/or online order. 

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT CUSTOM ORDER PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION THOSE PRODUCTS THAT ARE MANUFACTURED OR DESIGNED TO YOUR PARTICULAR SPECIFICATIONS USING YOUR MEASUREMENTS, CANNOT BE RETURNED. Refunds are ordinarily processed by LZ Designs within five to ten (5 to 10) business days of acceptance of the returned.  However, it may take longer for the refund to be processed by your bank, credit card company, or other financial institution. LZ Designs shall not be liable for any costs or other liabilities associated with any delay by your bank, credit card company, or other financial institution in processing your refund. Refunds will be issued to/in the original form of payment.
